Our Project Manager, Clive, has been exceptional. He coordinated every stage of the rebuild with professionalism and care, clear communication, managing a team of tradespeople who consistently exceeded our expectations. From the demolition crew to the architect, builders, plumbers, electricians, painters, kitchen manufacturer and flooring specialists, everyone worked efficiently, cleanly, and with exceptional workmanship. Everyone remained approachable. Clive went above and beyond for us. He listened to our ideas, guided us through difficult decisions, and gave us peace of mind at every stage. His attention to detail, clear communication and expertise made what began as a very stressful and heartbreaking situation into a positive journey.

Today, our home is completed to the highest standard and we are immensely proud of the result. What was once a source of grief has become a beautiful new property that gives us hope and security for the future.
